Brianna Taylor is an artist from Washington DC. She is a senior at Bowie State University where she majors in Visual Communications and Digital Media Arts with a concentration in Digital Media Arts. Her love for art started when she was introduced to watercolor and acrylic paint. In school, Brianna took part in several art projects. One of them was for the National Cherry Blossom Festival. Another project she took part in during her first year in high school was designing the cover art for the yearbook. In high school, Brianna also began studying graphic design where she was introduced to Adobe Photoshop and typography. In college, Brianna completed a wide variety of art projects in graphic design, painting, drawings, and 3D art. In her junior year of college Brianna participated in an exhibit called Envisioning Creative Resistance, which focused on social and political issues. Recently, Brianna also completed an internship for Gateway Media Arts Lab in Mount Rainier, Maryland.
